White Mushroom Soup Recipes. Easy and Quick, endless aftertaste.


Ingredients. SERVES 4-6

600g mushroom

3 springs celery, diced

1 1/2 onion, diced

2 potatoes, diced

600ml chicken broth

60g butter

800ml water

250ml milk

100ml single cream


salt and pepper to taste


1. Heat butter in a saucepan. Add mushroom, celery, onion and potatoes. Saute 5 minutes

    with medium heat unitl soft. Add 300ml water and 300ml  chicken broth. Simmer with low

    heat for about 20 minutes. Turn off heat. Cool.

2. Blend the above ingredients with food processor. Set aside.

3. Boil 300ml chicken broth with 500ml water for 10 minutes. Add milk and seasoning. Pour

     in blended mushroom mixture. Boil for 15 minutes. Add single cream. Stir well. Turn off heat.

4. Strain the stock through a sieve. Serve.


Cook mushrooms and other ingredients in a saucepan.
