Tomato Soup with Pesto Recipes

Tomato Soup with Pesto Recipes. Sweet and Sour, Easy to cook.

 

Ingredients. SERVES 6

1 1/2 cans of plum tomato

250-300ml single cream

800ml chicken broth

400ml water

2 tbsp pesto

Seasoning

1 1/2 tbsp sugar

salt to taste

Procedures

1. Boil water and chicken broth. Add plum tomatoes (with canned tomato water).

    Cook for 8 minutes. Add milk, pesto and seasoning.

2. Boil for 10 minutes. Turn off heat. Add single cream. Stir well and cook for another

     3 minutes.

3. Strain the stock through a sieve. Serve.

 

Plum tomato is the main ingredient of tomato soup.
