Marinated scallop recipes

Marinated scallops

1    lb. sea scallops, halved or quartered
3/4  cup fresh lemon juice
1/4  tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2  tsp. monosodium glutamate
1/4  cup coconut milk (see below)
2    tbsp. dairy sour cream
1/2  cup minced green onion
     salt and pepper to taste

     Combine scallops, lemon juice, hot pepper
sauce and monosodium glutamate.  Marinate
in refrigerator for 4 hours, stirring once or
twice.  Drain, add remaining ingredients and
chill well.  Serves 4. 

Note:  This recipe can be used for small
shrimp also.
