Grilled red snapper recipes

Grilled red snapper

1    2-3 lb. red snapper
1/4  cup cooking oil
1/2  tsp. ginger salt

     Smaller or larger snapper are just as good.
Have the fish cleaned and head left on.  Rub
all over with oil, coconut oil if available.  Rub
inside cavity with ginger.  Place fish on oiled
grill over charcoal and cook just until flesh
tests done.  Turn carefully and grill other side.
You can broil it also for 15 minutes on each side.
Season with salt to serve.  Serves 4.
