Artichoke hearts salad recipe

Artichoke hearts salad

1    9 oz. pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
1    med. head lettuce, shredded
1    cup small raw caulifloweretts
1    large tomato, diced
1    tbsp. chopped chives
2    large ripe olives, sliced
2    large stuffed olives, sliced
2    tbsp. chopped dill pickle
     french dressing

     Cook artichokes as directed on package.
Chill.  lightly toss vegetables, olives and pickle
with dressing to moisten.  Serve immediately.
Serves 6.
