2    cups cooked rice
2    cups flaked cooked smoked haddock
1/2  tsp. pepper
1/4  cup sweet butter
4    hard boiled eggs, coarsley chopped
     pinch of cayenne
     pinch of nutmeg
     salt to taste
     parsley, red pepper strips for garnish.

     Melt butter in saucepan.  Add flaked fish
and heat through.  Add rest of ingredients
and mix well.  Heat to servable temperature.
Garnish with parsley and red pepper and
serve.  Serves 6.
