Fried Rice with Vegetables Recipes

Fried Rice with  Vegetables Recipes. Tasty and good main dish for your appetite.


Ingredients. SERVES 4

400g cooked rice

40g curly parsley, chopped

300g cucumber, diced

1/2 lemon, juiced

7 springs of spring onions, finely snipped (green part only)

300g tomato, peeled and cut into wedges

12 black olives, pitted and sliced

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil


salt and black pepper to taste


1. Rinse and dice the cucumber. Marinade with salt for 5 minutes.

2. Heat wok with oliveoil. Stir fry cooked rice for a while.

3. Add curly parsley, cucumbers, lemon juice, spring onion, tomatoes

    and black olives in sequence. Add seansonings. Stir fry for a while.

    Dish up and serve.
