Dublin shortbread recipe

Dublin shortbread

1 1/4 cup flour
3    tbsp. cornstarch
1/4  cup sugar
1/2  cup butter

     Combine flour, sugar, cornstarch and
butter that has been finely crumbled.  Mix
quickly until well blended.  Press dough
evenly into a 9 inch springform pan and
bake for 25 minutes or until golden in 375
degree oven.  Cool 5 minutes, remove rim and
spread with marmalade or preserve of your
choice.  Cut into 8 wedges.
