Spaghetti Alla Carbonara Recipes

Spaghetti Alla Carbonara Recipes. Tasty , Easy and Quick to cook.

 

Ingredients. SERVES 4

800g spaghetti

320g baon, sliced

8 egg yolk

80g salt

240ml milk

100g butter

some black pepper

parmesan to taste

Procedures

1. Cook the spaghetti in salt water. Drain.

2. Put egg yolk, milk, parmesan and black pepper into a bowl. Mix well to make the sauce.

3. Heat frying pan with butter. Melt the butter at low heat, add bacon slices and stir fry for a

     while. Add spaghetti and sauce. Stir fry. Dish up and serve.
