Marinated fish recipes

1    lb. ocean fish cut into bite size pieces
1    small onion, sliced thin
1    garlic clove, mashed
     finely shredded carrot
1/2  cup fresh lime juice
1/2  cup coconut milk (see below)
     salt and pepper

     Combine fish, onion, garlic and lime juice.
Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hour, stirring
once or twice.  Drain and add the coconut
milk and salt and pepper to taste.  Chill
thoroughly and serve garnished with carrot.
Serves 4.
