Banana Almond Cake Recipes

Banana Almond Cake Recipes. Soft and Tasty. A dessert worth cooking.

 

Ingredients. SERVES 8

2 bananas (about 400g), diced

90g almond, crushed

360g sugar

4 eggs

180ml milk

100ml butter

320g plain flour

1 tsp self-raising flour

Procedures

1. Combine and mix diced bananas, sugar, eggs and milk in a large mixing bowl.

2. Sift plain flour and self-raising flour into the mixing bowl.

3. Add crushed almond. Mix well.

4. Brush butter evenly on the inside layer of a rectangular cake mold. Pour the banana

    mixture into the mold evenly.

5. Bake at 170 centigrade for about 45-50 minutes.Poke a bamboo skewer into the

    cake. Cake is not ready yet if ingredients stick onto the skewer. Cover the cake with

    aluminum foil and bake for a while more. Serve.
