Shaping Florentines

** HOW TO SHAPE FLORENTINE

1.Drop a heaped tablespoonful of batter on the baking paper. Flatten to 5cm round, leaving about 5cm between them.

2.Allow it to cool on tray for 2 minutes or until firm, cut it with 7cm round cutter.

 

3.Spread melted chocolate on the underside.

 

4.Use an icing comb to make wavy pattern.
