Making Sweet Pastry

** How to make sweet pastry?Here we go.


(A) 200g butter, 100g sugar

(B) 1 egg

(C) 330g flour, 10g milk powder


1. Mix (A) till well blended. Then add in (B) and cream till smooth.

2. Add in (C) and mix till well incorporated . Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes unil firm.

3. Remove the mixture from the fridge and knead it lightly till smooth.

4.Roll it between 2 sheets of plastic to 3mm in thickness. Line it into the greased 31cm X 22cm Swiss Roll pan with the rolled-out pastry.
