White Agaric Soup

1 t. cooking wine
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
5 cup broth
2-1/4 oz. (60g) cooked chicken
3/4oz. (20g) white agaric
1/4lb. (100g) white radish sprouts

Soak the white agaric until it's soft. Then chop the chicken meat into little strips.
Put (1) into boiling water, then add the white agaric until it boils again. Reduce heat and cook in lower heat for 30 minutes. Add chicken strips, and after boiling again, put white radish sprouts.
Serve and enjoy!
