Stir-fried Beef With Spinach Recipes



1 T. Chinese barbecue sauce
1/2 t. soy sauce
1/2 t. sugar
1 t. garlic (minced)
1 t. cornstarch
(2) 2-2/3 oz. (75 g.) beef
(3) 1/2 lb. (200 g.) spinach
(4) 6 sections of green onion (1-1/4")
(5) 1 T. shredded ginger root
(6) 1/3 t. salt
(7) 2 T. vegetable oil

Cut beef against the grain into thin pieces. Add (1) and marinate for about 10 minutes. Cut spinach into 1.5" long sections.

Heat (7). Stir-fry beef in medium heat oil until color changes. Romove afterwards. Stir-fry green oinion and ginger until fragrant in the remaining oil. Add salt and spinach and stir-fry. Add beef and stir-fry until well-mixed.

Remove and serve. Enjoy!
