Spice Tofu Recipes

Bean-curd with minced,beef & pepper sauce

main ingredient:

65g beef powder or pork powder

other ingredients: 4g minced scallion, 4g pepper sauce, 10g fermented soya bean, pepper powder,minced garlic, bean sauce, 200g fresh tofu,chilli powder, salt, 130g chicken soup, water chestnut powder, rice wine.

method:

1)Cut the tofu into 3 cubes, then put into boiling water for 3 minutes in order to get rid of the gypseous-smell of tofu then strain off the water.

2)Heat the lard in the other pan, add beef powder with fermented soya bean, cook, stirring all the time, for a few minutes.

3)Add the chilli powder, bean sauce, fermented soya bean, pepper sauce, rice wine, salt, minced garlic and stir well.

4)Then put the tofu and chicken soup, simmer all of these into broth with gentle heated fire.

5)Put the water chestnut powder before well-done and then added the minced scallion, pepper powder, gourmet powder, in order to give a better flavor.
