Spare-ribs Cooked in Soy Sauce

Ingredients:

(1)
0.5 c. water
3 T. soy sauce
2 T. sugar
2 T. vinegar
1 T. cooking wine

2) 300 g. spare-ribs

3)150 g. carrots
 
 
DIRECTIONS:

Cut ribs into 1.5'' long sections and carrots into pieces.

Mix (1) and boil until boiling. Add Spare-ribs and carrots in and boil in strong heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Ready to serve.

Green onion strips may be used as garnish.
