Peas with Long Chicken Strips

Ingredients:

(1)
1/6 t. salt
1 t. cooking wine
1 t. cornstarch
1/2 egg white

(2)
1/4 t. salt
1/4 T. sesame oil
2-2/3 (75g) chicken breast
1 T. chopped green onion
7oz (200g) peas ( cooked)
2T. vegetable oil
 
 
DIRECTIONS:

Cut the chicken into strips, put (1) into it and marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil, put the chicken strips in and stir-fry until they become white, then take out. Put the chopped green onion into the remained oil and stir-fry until fragrant, add peas, chicken strips and (2) in it.
Mix well, then serve.
