Mushroom And Bok Choy Recipes



6 c. water
1 t. salt
1 c. broth
0.25 t salt
2 T. chicken fat (or fried oil)
1.5 t. cornstarch
1 T. water
mix the above two
0.5 lb. (200 g. ) button mushrooms
0.5 lb. (200 g. ) small bok choy

Cut bok choy in half.

Boil (1) for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and bok choy seperately in boiling water (about 15 seconds apart). Remove them after about 2 minutes of boiling and place on a separate plate.

Bring (2) to a boil. Mix with (3). Pour on mushrooms and bok choy and serve. Delicious!
