Fish Onion Cakes Recipes



1 /2 t. cooking wine
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. sugar
2 t. soy sauce
2 t. sesame oil
2 T. cornstarch
1 egg white

1/2 T. soy sauce
1 t. black vinegar
1/2 t. sugar
1/3 lb. (170g) fish meat
3-1/4 oz. (90g) onions
1-1/2 T. vegetable oil

Chop fish and onions, and put them into a bowl and mix with ingredient (1).
Divide the mixture into 8 equal shares and shape them into cakes.
Heat oil, place the cakes into the oil when hot and fry with a low heat for about 4 or 5 minutes until they are golden, then add (2).
Put the cakes onto a plate and add eggplant and cherries for garnishing.
