Emerald Shrimp Recipes

1/6 t. salt
1/4 t. ginger wine
1/2 t. cornstarch
1/3 egg white

1/3 t. salt
1/4 t. monosodium glutamate
1 cup. water

2-2/3 oz. (75g) shrimp (shell moved)
1/2 lb. (200g) broccoli
1 t. chopped garlic
3 T. vegetable oil

Clean shrimp, and split them along the back lines. Put into (1), and soak for 10 minutes.
Cut broccoli according to its small branches and put it into boiled water for about 30 seconds, then take out and place away from heat.
Heat oil, and fry the shrimp with medium heat for about 9 minutes until color changes.
Put chopped garlic into remaining oil. When fragrant, add broccoli, shrimp and (2), and mix well. Serve. DELICIOUS!
