Colorful Cold Noodles Recipes



1/3 lb. cucumber (150g)
1/3 lb. carrots (150g)
1/3 lb. barbecued meat (150g)

4 t. sesame paste
2 t. sugar 4 t. soy sauce
3 t. lemon juice
1 t. garlic paste
1/2 t. sesame oil
2 t. ginger juice
6 t. cold boiled water

(3) 1-1/4 lb. noodles (150g)

(4) 2 eggs

(5) 2 T vegetable oil

Put noodles into boiling water and boil for about 5-7minutes. Then remove and rinse in cold water for about 2 minutes. Finally, move the noodles to a plate mixed with 2 T vegetable oil.
Cook the 2 eggs into a thick omelet.
Mix ingredients (2)
Slice ingredients (1) and cut the omelet into thin strips and arrange them on the noodles, pour mixed ingredients (2) and mix. Serve now.
