How to make Chinese Fried Rice Recipes. Yangzhou Fried Rice is still the standard by which all other fried rice dishes are judged. Would you like to make a nice, steaming, pan full of fried rice? Fried rice is very easy to make, Here are some way of fried rice recipes as below,enjoy it.

1.Fried Glutinous rice with Chinese sausages recipe
It has always been a tradition to savour preserved meat and sausages in winter. One of the most common dishes using such ingredients is this fried glutinous rice. Bear in mind that this dish is actually quite filling and hard to digest, so make sure not to go overboard!

glutinous rice 320g
preserved pork meat
chinese sausages 1pc
dried shrimps 20g
dried mushrooms 8pcs
dried scallops 3pcs
chinese ham 60g
some green onions to garnish
sugar 1tsp
oyster sauce 2tbsp
dark soya sauce 2tbsp
dash of pepper
some sesame oil
Cooking Directory:
Soak glutinous rice in water for at least 10 hours. Cook (steam) for 30-40 mins until done.
Soak dried mushrooms, cut into small cubes.
Soak dried scallops and dried shrimps. Cut into smaller pieces.
Rinse ham, preserved meat and sausages in water, then cut into small cubes like the size of the mushrooms.
Heat some oil, fry all ingredients(except rice) and add seasonings.
Pour all the ingredients and sauce over cooked glutinous rice and mix until well combined.
Garnish with green onions.

Cooking Tips:
It is best to soak glutinous rice overnight.For a richer taste, omit soya sauce, and cook 1 bottle of light soya sauce with 1 bottle of dark soya sauce along with 650g of slab sugar.Save remaining sauce for steaming fish, or use in other recipes.

2.Scrambled eggs with tomato, green onions, and seasonings.
8 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 large tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion tops
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together until well blended. Melt butter in skillet over medium-low heat until hot; pour in egg mixture. Reduce heat. As mixture begins to set on bottom and sides of skillet, lift and fold over with spatula.
Cook until eggs are almost set; fold in tomato and green onion. Heat scrambled eggs through; serve immediately. Scrambled eggs recipe serves 4. 
3.Fried rice mixed approach  recipe
Major ingredients: rice

Accessory: beef, red radish, carrot, cabbage

Spices: shallot, ginger, salt, soy sauce, chicken, sesame oil, aniseed, cinnamon

Practice: 1, cleaned and cut into small beef, and put into pot/pan stewing until cooking 70%-80%.

2, red radish, peeled and cut into small washed, cleaned and cut into small carrot, cabbage washed into pieces, rice elutriation clean, green onions, ginger washed.
