Chili – Low Calorie
2 lb. ground beef
½ c. onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 ½ tsp. comino
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. Lite salt
32 oz. V – 8 juice
½ jalapeno pepper
Brown ground beef and drain off
all fat by pouring into a colander
lined with paper towels. Put all
ingredients in a pot, cover and
simmer for 2 hours. If it thickens
too much, add more
V –8 juice. Serve alone or over
shredded, boiled cabbage that has
been thoroughly drained.
Variation: For spicier taste, add
more chili powder, comino,
