Mango-Avocado Salad

Fresh tart mango, creamy avocado, tangy lime with a flash of spice. This is a wonderful summer salad.

-= Ingredients =-
2 medium Mangos ; Ripe and fresh
2 medium Avocados ; firm, not squishy
Lettuce ; leaves
~~ -- Lime Dressing -- ~~
4 tablespoons Key Lime juice ; - about 4 limes (not Persian limes)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 pinch Cayenne pepper ; - to taste
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil ; - dark (toasted)
3 tablespoons Canola oil ; - or other light flavored oil
~~ -- Garnish -- ~~
1 tablespoon Key lime zest ; - grated

-= Instructions =-
1. Peel and dice mangos into 1/2 inch cubes
2. Halve, seed, and peel avocado. Dice into 1/2 inch cubes
3. Mix gently together and drizzle with Lime Dressing.
4. Place on lettuce leaves, sprinkle  with lime rind and serve at once.

Lime Dressing: In a small bowl mix lime juice, salt, and cayenne.  Using a whisk or fork, gradually beat in the oil until well combined.
