Festive round steak

     large round or swiss steak
     cut 2 inch thick.
1    can whole tomatoes
1    can zucchini squash
1    12 oz. can mushrooms
     salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.

     Brown steak in large skillet.  Season to
taste.  Add vegetables, cover tightly and
simmer for 2-2 1/2 hours.  You can bake this
in a roaster also and bake at 375 degrees for
2 hours or until meat is tender.
