whatever u would loose u would gain back right away, and u would be to weak to work out as well if u ate only that. i know its a tough road, but starving yourself is not the answer, u got to eat more then that, i wish you the best of luck

A lot but it would be all WATER and you would be left with lots of FLAB so you mus exersise as well

You ought to have some protein (like low fat yogurt)...eat a variety of fruits. Berries are healthier. Grapefruit makes you lose weight by increasing your metabolism when eaten before a meal).
I don't think it's a great fast...you do know that's what it is right.
It depends on how many calories you'll be eating in order to figure out how much you lose.
Maybe 3 lbs. but it'll probably be all water.
Since I weigh about 120 and I eat like crazy, I'd guess about 5lbs. the first week and the time after it to slow down.
I like eating like crazy though and so I can't stick to a small diet like that.
You should be eating three cups of meat instead xD
